Credit for Medical Imaging & Construction
New radiology center in growing metro market. Founder and management were frustrated with costs and funding projections to acquire MRI and build out facility. MRI manufacturer's financing options were ultimately not available in challenging capital markets as originally planned.

Management team was stuck for funding and behind on plan to complete construction and open facility.

Credit for Modernization
Family-founded, long-standing unique food recycling business with no historical CPA prepared statements. Acquired by significant private equity partner in LBO in 2022. Regional bank originally interested in providing funding, was unable to fulfill commitment amidst 2023 minimal liquidity markets.
Challenge
P/E firm was challenged with company potentially unable to secure funding to acquire needed equipment to expand operation.
Solution
Dext provided a $10MM funding commitment and helped the business get modernized and on-track in challenging capital markets.
Great Falls Hospital
Credit Facility for Expansion
Long-standing Regional hospital that completely revitalized its original footprint and added a 52,000 square foot 3 story Cardiac and ICU tower. The Hospital is a member of a multi-billion-dollar national healthcare provider and Dext Capital customer.
Challenge
Hospital was challenged by not potentially receiving funding to complete the expansion mid-construction and not able to acquire equipment. Approved funding budgets ran out amidst recent inflation.
Solution
Dext Capital provided an $18MM funding commitment and worked with the hospital executive team, project committee, vendors and its G.C. to reach ribbon cutting.
