Steven drives technology development and innovation at Dext Capital. Previously CIO at Genesis Financial Solutions, where he scaled the company from zero to $2 billion in originations.
With 30+ years in commercial finance, Jeff leads Dext's sales organization. Previously SVP and Senior Managing Director of Asset Finance at Huntington Bank.
A seasoned leader with over 35 years in the equipment finance industry, Jeff specializes in designing and leading comprehensive vendor-based financing programs. He brings deep expertise in the healthcare sector, helping organizations drive growth, improve access to equipment, and deliver tailored financial solutions that meet evolving industry needs.
With over two decades in equipment finance, Lana oversees documentation, funding, collections, and customer service. Previously spent 17 years at U.S. Bank Equipment Finance.
John is our Senior Vice President of Sales for Dext Capital's Direct Sales initiatives based out of Los Angeles. John is responsible for building Dext's sales efforts to end-user clients and promoting channels to achieve these efforts.
Business and vendor development experience revolving around the financial services industry within the healthcare and general industries equipment financing segment. Well-rounded and diverse experience from prospecting to cultivating multi-million dollar business relationships in both retail and wholesale financing programs.
Ralph Tomei is Senior Vice President for Dext Capital's Technology Vendor Channel. Ralph is responsible for leading the business development and sales efforts, focused on onboarding, and cultivating new vendor partnerships in the technology segment, while also collaborating with other members of the Dext senior leadership team.
Jason is responsible for managing Dext's Specialty Healthcare team, including recruiting to acquire and expand sales talent while collaborating with the management team to grow and enhance Dext's competitive edge through both vendor and nationwide direct sales efforts in the aesthetic and medical wellness space.
Ronnie DeMarco leads strategy and growth initiatives for the Wheels Channel. She brings 20 years of extensive experience in Transportation Equipment Finance and a strong focus on building scalable partnerships and delivering customer-focused solutions.
Over 40 years of experience in vendor programs, capital markets, sales and marketing both nationally and international, Donna is considered an industry leader. Her core belief is how you treat customers and colleagues is what sets you apart because without trust and confidence, you are just another commodity.
With 20+ years in commercial finance, Kristina focuses on underwriting and structuring equipment financing solutions.
Nick Storey is a seasoned executive with an extensive background in banking and finance, regulatory laws and compliance and a career spanning more than 2 decades, I have direct and extensive expertise in finance, stocks, bonds, fixed income, forecasting, private equity, large mortgage, investment and loan portfolios.
Conrad serves as the head of finance for Dext Capital, overseeing corporate finance and capital markets functions. He manages the company's liquidity strategy and determines the optimal use of multiple credit facilities, including asset-backed warehouse facilities.
Katie is responsible for managing Dext's Legal Department, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring legal compliance, managing risks, and supporting the company's business objectives.
