We are in search of an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Early-Stage Collection Associate. This position will be an essential component of the Dext Corporate Collections and Customer Service Team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform collection activities for early-stage past due accounts to achieve target delinquency goals with lowest possible loss ratios and minimal risks.
• Manage collection activity for various equipment finance channels and transaction sizes.
• Effectively assist clients and provide accurate information on accounts by responding to inquiries and providing payment reconciliation history.
• Investigate problems and find resolutions regarding payments, billing issues and customer service concerns.
• Utilize judgment to analyze customer accounts and establish repayment plans.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and resolutions in Dext customer service systems.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service/Collections team and other departments as needed to create a positive and consistent customer experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service

Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as an Asset Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in asset management and working in commercial finance.

This position will collaborate closely with the Asset Management team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned repossessions, ensuring timely processing and recovery.
• Respond promptly to internal and external emails to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, facilitating quick communication and asset disposition.
• Conduct valuations, supporting credit, sales, and collections teams.
• Assign GPR devices via Vendor Portal.

Associate Documentation Specialist – Lake Oswego

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate preparation of equipment loan/lease packages in compliance with policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines and investor standards by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and information within designated timeframes 

• Communicate with staff, customers, sources, legal counsel and others to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain additional documents needed to complete the file.  

• Coordinate closing and funding of assigned transaction packages, calculating final closing costs and disbursing funds.  

• Daily Cash posting, contract adjustment and account reconciliation work.

As a Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and managing data to support the organization’s strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiency. This is a hybrid role with three days per week in the corporate office in Lake Oswego, Oregon. 

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data analysis to identify discrepancies and trends across multiple data sets, including Excel files, databases tables, and CSVs documents. Pull and send reports on a regular basis to relevant stakeholders. 

• SQL Query Improvement: Assist in optimizing SQL queries that are not performing efficiently, ensuring data retrieval processes are streamlined and effective. 

• Salesforce & Power BI Support: Create, update, and support reports in Salesforce and Power BI, ensuring that data visualization meets business requirements and enhances decision-making capabilities. 

• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Assist the Manager of Business Systems with data-related projects and initiatives as required. 

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and recommend solutions to enhance overall business performance. 

• Training & Documentation: Provide training and support to end-users regarding data tools and processes, creating user guides to facilitate understanding and usage. 

• Other Tasks as Needed: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support business objectives and team initiatives. 

Experience Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Data Science, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent real-world experience 

• 2+ year experience in data analysis or a similar role 

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables 

• Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying and data manipulation. 

• Experience with Power BI or Salesforce is a plus. 

• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is beneficial but not required. 

• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
