Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Enter all credit applications into Salesforce in a timely manner
• Review applications for accuracy and any missing information
• Partner with appropriate sales employee for questions regarding an application
• Provide administrative support to sales team
• Provide customer service support to potential and existing customers
• Escalate customer service concerns, when appropriate to operations in Portland
• Process all reports weekly for program vendors to be emailed out
• Work with Asset Management and Vendor support on the UNL process

Early-Stage Collections Associate – Lake Oswego

We are in search of an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Early-Stage Collection Associate. This position will be an essential component of the Dext Corporate Collections and Customer Service Team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform collection activities for early-stage past due accounts to achieve target delinquency goals with lowest possible loss ratios and minimal risks.
• Manage collection activity for various equipment finance channels and transaction sizes.
• Effectively assist clients and provide accurate information on accounts by responding to inquiries and providing payment reconciliation history.
• Investigate problems and find resolutions regarding payments, billing issues and customer service concerns.
• Utilize judgment to analyze customer accounts and establish repayment plans.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and resolutions in Dext customer service systems.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service/Collections team and other departments as needed to create a positive and consistent customer experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Program Management Operations Support – Lake Oswego or Remote

This position is critical in ensuring the seamless onboarding and integration of new sources into our CRM system and operational workflows. Acting as a vital link between the sales team and operations, this role shepherds sources through the approval process, facilitates cross-departmental communication, and ensures programs are effectively supported throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate excels at communication, organization, and managing multiple priorities, with a strong understanding of business systems and equipment leasing. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this role is integral to successful onboarding of sources and continuing operational support for our partners.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Source Onboarding and Integration

• Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new sources into the Salesforce platform, ensuring accurate and complete data entry.
• Gather and organize relevant information for presentation at Program Management Meetings.
• Coordinate with various departments to align on source requirements and expectations.
• Create and provide continuous training for the source onboarding process.

2. Operational Support

• Guide new sources through the operations and credit review processes until approval.
• Serve as the primary liaison between sales and operations to streamline onboarding processes.
• Identify and communicate operational differences to ensure seamless integration across teams.
• Facilitate the integration of systems, such as eOriginal, with new sources for operational alignment.
• Support source-driven special reporting needs by gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to stakeholders.

3. Cross-Department Collaboration

• Ensure smooth handoffs to documentation, funding, customer service, and collections teams post-approval of all sources.
• Conduct introductions and provide operational insights to ensure a shared understanding of program specifics.
• Foster collaboration and alignment across departments to support source success.

4. Process Improvement

• Identify and propose opportunities for optimizing onboarding and review processes.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve cross-departmental communication and operational workflows.

5. Project Leadership

• Lead operational team projects and other initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Two to five years equipment finance or lending experience preferred.
• High energy and adaptability, thriving in dynamic and evolving settings.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.

Associate Documentation Specialist/Contract Admin

We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as an Associate Documentation Specialist/Contract Admin. A successful candidate will have experience working in a commercial finance and leasing setting and possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The person in this position will join the Contracts and Documentation team supporting our Small Ticket group which is an integral part of Dext operations team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate preparation of equipment loan/lease packages in compliance with policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines and investor standards by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and information within designated timeframes 

• Communicate with staff, customers, sources, legal counsel and others to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain additional documents needed to complete the file.  

• Coordinate closing and funding of assigned transaction packages, calculating final closing costs and disbursing funds.  

• Daily Cash posting, contract adjustment and account reconciliation work.  

Preferred Skills/Experience:  

• General knowledge of legal documents used to support commercial leases/loans 

• Ability to work with legal staff to solve documentation needs 

• Ability to apply critical thinking for all elements of loan documentation construction 

• Ability to master various software used in preparation of documents and funding packages
