Associate Documentation Specialist

A successful candidate will have experience working in a commercial finance and leasing setting and possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The person in this position will join the Contracts and Documentation team supporting our Micro Ticket group which is an integral part of Dext operations team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate preparation of equipment loan/lease packages in compliance with policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines and investor standards by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and information within designated timeframes 

• Communicate with staff, customers, sources, legal counsel and others to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain additional documents needed to complete the file.  

• Coordinate closing and funding of assigned transaction packages, calculating final closing costs and disbursing funds.  

• Daily Cash posting, contract adjustment and account reconciliation work.  

Preferred Skills/Experience:  

• General knowledge of legal documents used to support commercial leases/loans 

• Ability to work with legal staff to solve documentation needs 

• Ability to apply critical thinking for all elements of loan documentation construction 

• Ability to master various software used in preparation of documents and funding packages 

• Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced, high production, professional environment 

• Strong organizational skills 

• Effective verbal and written communication skills 

• Basic math skills 

Sales Associate

This position will collaborate closely with the Vendor Micro Ticket team to contribute to the overall success of achieving business targets. 

We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and extremely organized.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Enter all credit applications into Salesforce in a timely manner  

• Review applications for accuracy and any missing information  

• Partner with appropriate sales employee for questions regarding an application 

• Provide administrative support to sales team 

• Provide customer service support to potential and existing customers 

• Escalate customer service concerns, when appropriate to operations in Portland 

• Process all reports weekly for program vendors to be emailed out 

• Work with Asset Management and Vendor support on the UNL process

Collections/Customer Service Representative

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Develop a good understanding of our financial services to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information. 

• Assist customers with disputes and inquiries and reconciling payment history. 

• Servicing accounts by investigating problems and finding resolutions regarding payments and customer service concerns. 

• Utilize judgment to analyze customer accounts and establish repayment plans. 

• Respond to customer emails regarding billing issues and general concerns.  

• Problem resolution, investigating and resolving client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction. 

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our online systems.  

• Collaborate with the Customer Service/Collections team and other departments as needed to create a positive and consistent customer experience.

Experience Requirements: 

• 3 years experience in Customer Service 

• Proficiency in basic mathematics  

• Proficiency in Microsoft office series (Excel, Word, Outlook)  

• Experience in Collections or AR (preferred)
